Paloma has been assisting Harley-Davidson with the deployment of their Problem Solving program which includes Six Sigma methodology and tools.

During this time they have supported us with many aspects of the deployment including initial advice on candidate selection, certification and project review guidelines, project tracking and reporting processes, as well as delivering training and needed guidance for training participants through to project completion.

Paloma has conducted multiple waves of Green Belt and Black Belt training. In addition, Foundational Train-the-Trainer classes were developed and delivered to our front line supervisory staff. Training participant feedback from these classes has been consistently high.

The Paloma staff has exceeded our expectations in the above areas and has demonstrated outstanding people skills. They also provide a vast base of knowledge from their extensive background in the area of Six Sigma. I would recommend Paloma to other companies embarking on a Six Sigma deployment.
