Business process review at Royal Chartered membership organisation
Following a competitive procurement, Paloma Consulting was appointed by the CIOT/ATT in December 2013 to conduct a review of the organisations’ business processes. Paloma delivered a report in June 2014 meeting all agreed budgets and timetables. The recommendations in the report are being implemented.
The ATT and CIOT are the leading professional bodies in the UK dealing solely with tax. They share staff and premises in central London from which they support over 30,000 students and members.
Paloma got to grips with the processes of the business very quickly and worked flexibly with staff who could not work continuously on the review because of their operational commitments. Paloma also learned to work with the complexities of the governance arrangements in both professional bodies.
I would be very happy to recommend Paloma and the leading consultant on the project to any business considering a business process review.
