Their needs

Our client is introducing a brand new model of baggage scanners. Demand for their product is increasing rapidly and they require to reorganise their UK operations quickly to meet the stringent needs of their customers. They are also wanting to train all their operational, as well as administrative staff in effective process improvement techniques and have commenced a bottom-up programme of Yellow Belt training supported by improvement projects. Their objective is to have a structured and managed continuous improvement programme resulting in skills up to Black Belt level.

How we helped

We have delivered Lean Sigma Yellow Belt training with a specially adapted material package that meets the specific needs of their approach to developing Lean Sigma across staff. Phase two of training will develop a core of Yellow Belt staff up to Green Belt capability.
