Paloma Consulting worked with one of the world's leading pharmaceutical companies with locations in over 100 countries. The business has annual revenue of £2 billion and employs 65,000 staff.
The client has aggressive growth plans and wanted to be a World leader in its chosen markets. To help achieve these objectives it wanted to roll out a process improvement programme to all its major facilities.
How we helped
We started by assisting our client with their Lean Six Sigma deployment within the largest UK facilities. We led six waves of Green Belt, Black Belt and Champion training and provided on-site project reviews, deployment advice and project selection workshops. Subsequently we supported the roll-out in French production facilities, and certified practitioners in UK, France & Germany on completion of successful projects.
Projects completed delivered a 64 fold return on investment on subjects including:
