International aerospace power systems provider wanted to implement lean production system
We worked in partnership with a large consulting company at a global provider of complex, integrated power systems and services to the civil and defence aerospace industry, powering over 350 airlines and leasing companies and over 150 armed forces and operating in over 50 countries. The group designs, manufactures and supports a range of products and services for air, sea and land applications.
The client requirement was to develop a training programme to develop nominated staff in the group’s own equivalent of the Toyota Production System, who would then apply lean and problem solving methodologies throughout the organisation.
How we helped
We developed and provided over 30 “Client production system” problem solving “how tos” training support modules to support the internal roll out of the group’s own lean Production System.
