The company wanted to respond to rapid changes in the aerospace industry. In an environment of increasing product and price competition there was a need to meet higher customer reliability and availability expectations. Aerospace customers also sought aircraft which are cheaper to buy and operate. Consequently they decided to apply a company-wide structured approach to business improvement.
We delivered training of their customised in-house improvement methodology in French, German and English to over 160 staff across sites in France, Germany and UK.
